The Sensory Workshop

The Sensory Workshop is a discovery and experience for your senses, with the main focus not only on coffee.

We will go over the basic principles of what senses we use and how to decipher and use them when drinking and eating. During the workshop, we will go over the main tastes and how this changes our perception of the overall experience.  

Everything will be practical. You will be drinking and tasting different things throughout to know what these tastes and senses are to you.

In addition, I will go over how to run a SCA standardised cupping session for coffee. Together, we will figure out the flavours within the coffee. Plus, identifying other factors that can change our coffee-drinking experience.
