“In 2023 we opened our cafe and Nick was instrumental in setting us up to be able to serve great coffee. He set us up in all areas. He advised us about what equipment to buy considering our budget constraints. He liaised with a coffee supplier and helped to create our recipe. Then he did all of our staff training and also supplied us with a coffee ‘bible’ manual. In the coming months as we encountered different issues - he was super helpful and kind. I now send all of my new staff to get training with him. He’s the best!”
